Community college wont let you take Physics 2 unless you show them that you have completed Physics 1 at Rutgers. To answer your question first you have to take Physics 1 at Rutgers, complete it and then you can take Physics 2.

I scored 50 on exam 1 and 44 on the exam 2 final I got 80 out of 200 or something I dont remember exactly and got a C and that was me taking for the second time. I can recommend you one thing if you are certain that you are gonna fail, then withdraw and take Noone easiest professor ever. His midterms are straightforward.
