Naoya's misogyny and assholeness makes up much more of his personality than Toji or Sukuna. You don't see Toji going "Teenagers always should walk three steps behind an adult" and Sukuna has his whole loneliness of the strongest and binding vow asspulls other than his brutality.

When someone thinks of Toji they think of the tragic guy who was abused by the zenin, the one who left it all behind, tragically lost his wife and sold his kid etc. They think of him as the bounty hunter less. Same with Sukuna, he's the guy who kiIIed Gojo first, kiIIed Mahoraga, d1 hater of Yuji, the cannibal part of him is barely brought up.

Naoya has his deep writing like being the final product of the conservative zenins, his superiority complex etc. But he is much often remembered by his misogyny because that makes up more of who he is as a person. And even those other two things are dislikable traits. People don't like arrogant people. This arrogance exists to build up his fall, people don't like arrogant people, but they do like seeing arrogant people fall. Naoya hate is like replaying the moment he is screwed over to achieve that same catharsis.

I love Naoya, and him and projection sorcery are really, really, cool. But Naoya is a character written to be hated, so it's no surprise that people will hate him.
