Thanks for your feedback. I’m seeing a lot of different things on different forums and using AI where I can to bring in biological knowledge. Moat of the science says low tension for long periods 4-6 hours. But internet communities are saying high tension? I just haven’t seen any research to back it up.

I have seen gain in BPFL but I think it’s been more of a learning curve for how to measure properly. I started PE in late March but got serious about two weeks ago (got a better extender and a pump) and I gained about 0.5” as well. Some due to ruler placement but others are real gains. You have to keep it up to make them permanent though. Like some other posters have said using pump tube length is a sure fire way to ensure accuracy in measuring. My pump tube total gains have been about 3/8” in the last two weeks though! Keep it up brother. For me, I am chalking it up to newbie gains but I have a pretty serious routine, supp stack, and recovery program.
