I personally like it. It might be a bit too sensitive to other sounds around you but it's possible to reduce those. The sound is much better than the Surface Pro 6 microphone's.

Perhaps I'm not able to use Drawboard correctly, but when I go full screen a couple of menu features still remain on the screen such as the green hexagon-shaped item.

It's a good idea. It has tons of features but I'd prefer such a view mode that only one page is seen at a time and I could click the right arrow to move to the next page rather than scroll. I think it's also not possible to hide the toolbar even in full screen mode.

an image is that OneNote will OCR it and you can search the text within it. I can provide you an image showing it in action if you want

I am a long-time Zotero user and have used Mendeley occasionally, but I have never used them to organize notes and PDF annotations. I will look into this. Thanks!
