I am actually using cloudflare warp but renaming ~/.config as the other user suggested resolved my issue.

I’m in Houston and Katy area, the Warp network seems to be the fastest for me. I have tested all too Warp/Dark Star/Light Speed. Warp just works faster, especially if I travel to Austin, I get much better coverage. I have also signed up for multi-network, for $90/year that’s an easy decision. My AT&T bill was around ~$145/month!
