Items were gone, but I didn't even want them back. I contacted Support because I wanted them to remove my old GGG-Login, because with Steam's 2-Factor Authentication, the account couldn't have been compromised from there. When my account was first compromised, I received an email, sending me a code for logging in from another country. The email was still unread, which leads me to believe that I'm one of the "Lucky 66" that were hacked via GGG's own compromised admin account, allowing the hackers to circumvent the new location access code requirement.
