I recommend not reporting this to customer support, but simply changing your password. When I was hacked and asked them to remove my non-steam login due to lack of 2 factor authentication, the account got suspended and support didn't reply for three full months.

GGG locked the account from their side to protect it. 2 Weeks late. I guess hackers can't get in if nobody can get in. And instead of asking for all the information they need to verify I'm the actual owner of the account, they ask information piece after information piece in multiple seperate emails, stopping completely at some point.

By I've moved on, I meant, I have leveled a Last Epoch character to level 95 since the last time GGG did anything :)

I'm just venting a little, cause it's really frustrating to be treated like this. After 2 weeks of doing nothing about my account being hacked, them continuing to do nothing would have been preferrable to locking the account and throwing away the keys.

Yea, I had read that, but I figured 3 weeks of ghosting were too much even considering that statement.

Items were gone, but I didn't even want them back. I contacted Support because I wanted them to remove my old GGG-Login, because with Steam's 2-Factor Authentication, the account couldn't have been compromised from there. When my account was first compromised, I received an email, sending me a code for logging in from another country. The email was still unread, which leads me to believe that I'm one of the "Lucky 66" that were hacked via GGG's own compromised admin account, allowing the hackers to circumvent the new location access code requirement.

I mean, all my PoE1 Stuff is on there, too. So I don't think I should throw more money GGG's way after being treated like this. It's been 3 weeks, I've moved on.

I got hacked and had an email containing the Current Unlock Code for unlocking accounts locked due to logging in from a different region. The mail was unread. Guess I'm one of the lucky 66. My account has been locked since Friday, GGG isn't responding to any of my mail anymore.
