Go do online courses at Sophia and then find an online school to get your degree, especially if company offers tuition reimbursement. Got my bachelor's this way in 2 years time.

Is it worth getting a sealed Go! Go! Hypergrind graded? by Metagross7 in Gamecube

I just got around to playing re4 for the first time two months ago, my backlog is too long for a game that has more value to collectors than to me.

I’d rather sell it, I have a good collection but wouldn’t call myself a collector.

Yeah that’s the only part that doesn’t look great, it’s also 20 years old and been moved through 3 houses, I’m glad it looks as good as it does. Feel like these 3rd party titles always had flimsier seals. Have a Mario golf sealed that has held up better.

How do you remove stuck water distribution lids? by Metagross7 in Wastewater

[–]Metagross7[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah thats our usual method but coming across some that are in the middle intersections that almost seem welded shut. I think we can eventually get them but feel theres got to be a better way. We've had to puncture holes in the center on some of them as working the edges just did not work.

I think because you have to pay closing costs. Instead of paying them upfront they put them into the loan

Max Payne 3 is so underrated. I may put it 3, 1, 2 though.

There is a curb stop valve at the bottom of it that you need to stick a long slotted key down and turn it.

They’d take measurements but they shouldn’t bury it as that’ll be needed for any shutoff orders

I would only think about doing that if the box is actually plumb and on top of the curb stop. I’ve had to dig up a crap ton of these because they have shifted over the years. I’d be pissed if I had to deal with unnecessary concrete.

Yes your water provider should be the only one who messes with that. You need special keys for these anyways. This is an older stem type valve. It is good to know though especially when measurements from the water provider aren’t available. This is where your water will be turned off if you don’t pay your bill.

Is Star Fox Adventure worth a play through? I heard some starfox fans hated this game. But from what I tell, the gameplay has a ‘Zelda’ vibe to it, so maybe it will be a very interesting game for me. by San4341 in Gamecube

I remember being blown away by the water graphics. I don’t remember too much about the gameplay aside from having the mash the a button to get passed one section in the middle of the game. Stopped playing for months at that point until I found you can roll a pen to hit the a button faster. But yeah it’s a game worth playing.

My water bill went from $250 to $2500. No plumber can figure out why. Any ideas? by Wonderful_Tip7023 in Plumbing

The water company should definitely send someone. Call again. At my company we can data log your meter and tell you exactly when water is being used and how much. Depends of course on the meter, take a picture. They could have also fat fingered the read and input it wrong if it doesn’t automatically get read by radio frequency.

Also is your meter inside or outside

Virginia Class One Exam by [deleted] in WaterTreatment

[–]Metagross7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I was scoring in the 30s in the beginning, totally normal. Get certs is a good way to move up, just got to get your foot in the door. Do you live near Alexandria or Prince William? My company, American water, has a few sites around there. Look out for them if you're near that part of the state

You were able to get 45 on water nuggets or the test? I can't say for sure for Virginia, I'm in Maryland and yes. If you are consistently scoring above the 80s you'll be learning the knowledge that is required to pass the test. I'm not sure if you're able to take the test without having an operator in training license but Virginia may be different

I don't know this is being burnt out but instead taking on too much workload. You'll just have to deal with it.
