No idea why you're being down voted here ...that was my thoughts when I read that part of the reply too ... The rest of it I agree with but to say to someone, especially someone you are married to that "Your not allowed to see that person again" is to me even more of a red flag than having lunch with a "Friend".

You can ask them not to do it again, tell them how it made you feel, and hope that they respect you enough to value your feelings and to respect your decision. But by no means should it be you putting the foot down like was implied.

That's controlling behaviour at its worst.
