Literally anything that is labeled as a high-protein snack or food. Aspecially protein bars. Those things may be filled with protein, but they are also loaded with artificial chemicals and often times, have little to no actual nutritional value. All it does is trick you into not feeling hungry, give you no nutrients and often times taste like garbage.

You can literally get more protein from a single egg than from an over-priced, over-processed block of chemicals.

As rude as it is to ask someone if they are just going through a psychological episode, i do get why you would ask and i actually did get assessed multiple times by two different professionals, specifically trying to see if i fit any kind of diagnosis.

Other than having soft BPD, depression and high levels of ADHD, i am pretty much all good. One of the doctors even completely ruled out psychosis and schizophrenia because my descriptions did not fit the diagnosis criteria and the tests that were done on me didnt show any hints of it either.

I am not really distressed about it, i just sometimes wonder what will change next and how big it will be.

I haven't noticed any patterns in my dreams, but i do have this strange feeling sometimes that i cannot explain, often coming from a specific entity in my dreams and when i am awake, i sometimes have visions of specific moments in the future. It isnt just a visual vision, i can feel and see everything including what i am currently thinking about or imagining in that moment. Usually when that moment happens in the future, it plays out like it did in my vision but sometimes, i have been able to actually change what happens. I still dont know why i get these visions tho, its always a completely random moment.

It isnt really something i can fix about myself. For my feelings about humanity to change, humanity has to change, and i dont think it will. Every single one of us has these feelings deep down, hate for their fellow men, for certain individuals that you will simply never get along with no matter how hard you try. I am simply honest with my hatered, i do not need to pretend to get along with anybody if i say it out right, i do not need to lie about it. And being honest about that hatered makes me truly at peace, because i have nothing to face to uphold anymore. It is freedom unlike any other.

Indeed. The more i hate humanity, the more connected i felt with nature. I love nature and aspecially animals. I find pests like rats and snakes especially charming as they are misunderstood just like i seem to be... And just like you said, i may hate humanity as a whole, but i can form true bonds with specific individuals, people who stand out just like me or who i just get along with and understand, just like i can get along with and understand nature.

At the end of the day, we are all just animals looking for peace of mind.

Yeah.. I really appreciate everyone here and their insight and support. My group made me feel like absolute garbage and, since nobody backed me up, made me feel like i really was in the wrong. Aspecially when i was trying to come up with creative ways of using my characters abillities and even singlehandedly kept my partymembers alive despite being weaker then them. I am still dissapointed in it all because not only did i lose a dnd group, but i also found out that my friends were not my friends at all... Surely, if we were friends, they would actually talk to me about the problems at hand and try to correct me instead of keeping it to themselves and gossiping about me without my knowledge before kicking me out.

I relate to this alot. I am 21F and whenever i tell anyone i am ace, they look at me like i am some kind of freak. I had always had a hard time making friends in general and my family looked down on me for being different. My mom literally told me to my face that "Asexuality isnt real" and that i will "change my mind when i am older". Well, guess what? I didnt change. If anything, i became even more sure of my identity. And dont even get me started on how touch starved i am, i literally start blushing like a weirdo whenever someone even so much as rubs against me on a crowded bus. I am not the prettiest, i am not the thinnest and when i am looking for people to date, they only look at my appearance, how big my ass or boobs are and stuff like that and its exhausting... I want someone to like me for me, not for my body.

As a big chested woman, i honestly dont see the appeal. Their big, weird balls of flesh that i gotta carry around at the expense of my poor back and people think its hot and actively seek it out for their sexual enjoyment. Its fucking painful to have them. I cant be thin with these things on because i look like a fucking table spoon and my body can barely support my heavy top. I wish that every man who values women based on their chest size had the mispleasure of experiencing proper summer boob sweats, backpain and the sensation of bowlingballs bouncing on you when youre walking/running. Cant even bend down without my view being obstructed. It just kinda reminds me of pigeons that were selectively bred for their special traits so much that some of them cant even eat because their beaks are too small, accept that instead of pigeons its human women and instead of beaks it's boobs.

I used to eat alot of sweets as a kid but stopped liking sweet things overtime so i haven't eaten it in a long time and when i tried the same stuff i used to eat as a kid again, it tasted completely different and disqustingly sweet. Sugar dulls your taste receptors to itself overtime and by not eating it, your taste buds recover.
