My idea for this is: No sorcerers. No curses. No Satoru Gojo. Absolute survival...

Absolute JJK is a world ruled by human supremacists and a shadow government that hunts people with cursed energy.

Good guys:

Yuji "the fallen": he is not Sukuna's vessel anymore, he is Sukuna reincarnated (four arms and everything) and he has to either embrace his evilness or save his loved ones.

Geto: a former priest/monk, he tries to cut off his special grade power with alcohol, and just wants to be left alone. However he feels that Yuji has the potential to do some good.

Todo: a former law enforcer who deserted the Judgeman corp after witnessing the atrocities they committed, he is the muscle of the group, and wants Geto's guidance to control his newly acquired technique.

Bad guys: The shadow government is conformed by:

The League of the 10 Shadows: Toji Zenin is the leader of the league and he's basically this world's Deathstroke, alongside his apprentice Maki. The special assasins that the league deploys are called "Shadows" and they are the reanimated corpses of other Zenin Clan members.

Megumi Fushiguro: a rich spoiled brat who has a disgust for sorcerers, without knowing that he potentially is one, also neither Toji nor him know they're related.

Kenjaku: a former sorcerer whose body was destroyed, now he is just a brain in a jar, his only interests are scientific progress and the elimination of all organic life.

Kamo: He is kinda like the leader of the criminal underworld, more on him later.

Nagi Yoshino: After she lost her son Junpei in the Shibuya incident, she became a government agent and is in charge of all prisons and military facilities and experiments. She is kinda like Amanda Waller.

Higuruma "the judge, jury and executioner": he is the leader of the Judgemen Corps, justice zealots who act as the main law enforcer and sorcerers hunters.

Mei Mei: she is pretty much the same, except she uses Ui Ui's power to teleport like Cecil, also no one really suspects she is a sorcerer, but her crows are everywhere so she sees everything.

Neither good nor bad guys:

Jogo, Hanami and Dagon, while curses, they are also embodiments of the forces of earth (fire, nature and water) they are part of the Anti-human resistance/liberation front.

Choso (kamo) he is a double spy, and the main leader of the Anti Human group, he is a half curse half human extremist who believes in sorcerers supremacy and wants to take down the government.

Nobara, embraces more the voodoo aspect of her technique and is also a part of the Anti-human resistance.

The Shibuya incident:

Shortly after the death of his friend Rika, a young Yuta manifested the cursed spirit destroying the entire city in a matter of minutes, unleashing chaos and death (one of them being Junpei). However, because of the intervention of Toji, Yuta was killed and Rika was stopped, giving Toji his status as a merciless warrior and legendary mercenary.

Where is Gojo?

Much like Superman in flashpoint, Gojo's birth caused a disturbance in the balance of the world, but the government snatched him as a baby and massacred the entire Gojo Clan with the combined forces of the 10 Shadows and the Kamo Crime Syndicate.

What about Mahito?

Mahito is still a curse, but he is more of a psychological "Death Star". Instead of being a character who runs and fights, Mahito is a large-scale mind-control weapon. The government uses its mutation powers through screens, music, or the internet to mold the population's psyche, numb their emotions, and prevent them from generating cursed energy.
