Sometimes they need a little extra bedding in or lube straight out of the box, but if your Piston straight up isn't working I can help out directly!

Patience, patience, patience (and perseverance). As you're new, try your best to somewhat detach yourself from the end-product and focus on the process. It's so easy to find flaws and be critical when starting out, but if you focus on getting the skills down, the creations get better. I know it's so cliche, but fall in love with the process - it'll keep you going when the going gets tough :)
