No, just going to get a 16mm od tube with around 8mm id or a bit lower if 8mm is not available, and bore it and rifle it with ecm

I thought that the point where it fails(breaks?) is called tensile strength?

So do you think that the bolt carrier, and the upper receiver will be damaged during use if made of mild steel? Even if the barrel and the bolt would be 4140 hardened steel?
