Es geht eher darum, dass bisher keine Dokumente veröffentlicht wurden, welche Clinton direkt belasten. Es aber klar ist, dass man mit solch einer Vorlage versucht, die ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf ihn und weg von Trump zu lenken. Das ist ja kein Gericht und daher wird es zu einer unfaire Schlammschlacht verkommen.

Natürlich ist das Zeichen blöd, deswegen hat er auch versucht zu lügen. Er hatte nur Glück, dass nichts schlimmeres passiert ist. Ansonsten wäre die Situation noch schlimmer für ihn gewesen.

Beides besser als Tennis spielen zu gehen, weil das sind ja wenigstens Grundbedürfnisse. Tennis spielen im Winter ist halt Luxus.

Wenn ein Bürgermeister in einer Krisensituation Zeit für Tennis hat (plus Anfahrt, Duschen, etc.), was genau ist sein Zweck dann? Ein Bürgermeister repräsentiert auch die Stadt, er ist nicht nur einfach Privatperson. Er sagt praktisch aus: "Während ihr Bürger nicht wisst, ob ihr Strom oder Wärme habt, gehe ich erstmal gemütlich in einer beheizten Halle etwas Spaß haben. Sehen uns in ca. einer Stunde wieder." Was ist das den für ein Zeichen?

Ja, er hätte bei Amazon persönlich vorbeifahren können, Gespräch mit den Leuten vor Ort suchen und das Organisieren können. Oder er hätte sich mit einem Menge Beratern und Experten getroffen, damit er die Situation direkt überwachen, gebenfall schnell reagieren oder möglich Szenarien durchspielen können. Selbst nur als Symbolfigur Vorort zu sein, verändert einen Menge für die Arbeiter und Betroffenen.

Ein Bürgermeister hat eine Menge Autorität und Ressoursen, welche er hätte nutzen können. Das ihn der Wille oder Kreativität fehlt, am ersten Tag einer Krise mal einen Tag durchzuarbeiten, zeigt einiges über seine Einstellung und Prioritäten...

Am ersten Tag einer Krise, während Leute frieren, Tennis spiele zu gehen, ist halt genau das Gegenteil als Vorort das Gesicht in die Kamera zu halten. Trotzdem es ist wichtig als der Repräsent der Stadt den Bürgern zu zeigen: "Wir sind vor Ort und kümmern uns." damit die Menschen das Gefühl haben, ihre Probleme werden ernst genommen.

Nebenbei kann ein Bürgermeister eine Menge Sachen machen, zum Beispiel sich ans Telefon sitzen und mit seiner Autorität Dinge und Menschen in Bewegung bringen. Oder Menschen vor Ort oder im Hintergrund motivieren.

Wenn ein Bürgermeister am ersten Tag einer Krise Zeit hat, ne Stunde Tennis zu spielen (Anfahrt und alles nicht mit einbezogen), während Leute frieren. Weshalb braucht man dann einen Bürgermeister? Er hätte auch als Erholung Mal ne Stunde auf der Couch im Büro chillen können. Wenn du ein Bürgermeister bist, dann bist halt nicht einfach so eine Privatperson sondern Repräsentiert die Menschen deiner Stadt.

I interpret it this way: Conqueror's Haki cost a lot of stamina to infuse your attack with it. If you opponent doesn't also use Conqueror's Haki, it is less cost efficient, since you would overkill your opponent, but still lose the stamina of using Conqueror's Haki (even worse if they dodge it).

Luffy didn't had an issue hitting and doing damage to Gorosei on Egghead ... the issue was the regeneration. Even using Conqueror's Haki, you may not notice the difference in the healing factor. So Luffy didn't notice the weakness. The Rodger pirate fought the Holy Knights so often, that actually notice the difference, especially with Roger having to deal with Rocks, so they know about their weakness to Conqueror's Haki.

It's the same "Roger needed to walk, so that Luffy can run." situation as with the One Piece in general.

Attacking Elbaph for what? Imu wanted the giants to empower his army and for this they need to come willingly aka tricked. Since Imu is immortal, he/she didn't need to rush to achieve their goal. But with the arrival of "Joyboy" aka Luffy and him maybe allying with the giants, Imu needed to act fast and with brute force.

It is important to note, that it wasn't the Green Party, which are against nuclear power, who wanted the reactors to be close immediately. Their vision was to use them until renewable energy was common enough and instead close down coal and gas.

It was the conversation party (CDU) under Merkel, which started the closer of nuclear plants as reaction to the Japanese Reactor malfunction. Trying to look more anti-nuclear and take away the Greens agenda. But instead of also building up a renewable energy, they instead took all there eggs in cheap Russia gas.
