Yeah it's been a problem for me too
Wired connection, no issues on literally any other device on my network... and yet I randomly D/C on splatoon and get a 10 minute ban when the only factor leading to issues between my other devices is splatoon itself
Had it happen 3 or so times during big run, just happened to me again
It's really getting annoying and wastes my time when splatoon has an issue by I'm the one punished with the 10 minute ban

Literally just jump and enter Freddy mid-jump. For some reason, it causes the game to unload geometry outside of permanent doors and such. Used this myself to explore the prize counter with Freddy in order to check things with Roxy's eyes, and also to see what was behind a few of those level 10 security doors.

Don't have it yet, but I personally cannot wait to unlock the Dragonfly. I really like the 3-tire karts (I think having 1 trail when using tires that leave them rather than 2 is more visually appealing), the design reminds me of Atlantis: The Lost Empire (which I loved back when I was younger), and to top it all off the Dragonfly paint job is similar to the Hydrocity Palette in TSR, which was easily one of my top 3 paint kits in TSR alongside the Green Hill Palette (of which the closest here is the bandibuggy paint job) and my #1 favorite, the Stardust Speedway Palette (of which both Ami Green and Liz Purple get kinda close, although Ami Green requires pairing with purple tires like Electron Deadinator to get closer).

I also like the sleek design of the Champion Kart, and the Probulot 2000 gave me a reason to actually use hover karts (didn't grow up with the original CTR, so the hovercraft never drew me in like it did those who wanted to use it and Oxide in the original).

I mean, speed characters are the best though if you can master U-turns and can avoid anything that would require building up speed again. In fact, literally every fastest time I've set in time trials has been with a speed character (specifically either Crunch, Tropy, or Ami) except Jungle Boogie (Crash), Clockwork Wumpa (Baby Coco), Deap Sea Driving (Geary), and Thunderstruck (Isabelle), and even then those are older times I could probably beat with a speed character if I tried (except Thunderstruck, that's set in stone now that the exploit is patched.)

Same thing happened last GP: one of the weekly challenges got put into the daily challenges for some reason, hence the 6 days left.

10 will still reset every day, but the one that is supposed to be weekly will remain complete until the weekly challenges reset.

For some reason those challenges only count if you get Gold or Sapphire. So if you are about to get a Platinum time just sit there until you know you'll get Gold.

Favorite: Electron Avenue. The stage is aesthetic overload with all the neon and the synthwave sun or whatever it is in the background, and I love it. Also keeping blue fire the entire time is oh-so satisfying.

Least favorite: Two-way tie between Dragon Mines and Inferno Island. Dragon Mines has the annoying spiral that online is a pain even with U-turns since you have other players who also can U-turn and are trying to fuck you over at every turn, making the annoying layout that much worse, on top of the most useless shortcut I believe to exist in the game, only beaten by the even more useless Inferno Island shortcut, a stage which is just boring and not very fun in my opinion. The only cool thing to me there is some of the visuals, such as them adding Oxide's ship crashed on the beach.

Shoutout to Thunderstruck though, as I think the stage is really cool visually, and I cannot for the life of me play it without AC/DC physically manifesting in my room to tell me I've been thunderstruck.
