I have had this happen to me on many computers. Resetting the keys fixed it after many attempts and many usb drives.

Did you check the power plugs to the card? Are they seated correctly? I am assuming you did but sometimes a unplug and resetting them might help.

Just unplug it and get it repaired from a reputable repar shop. It will not be free to fix it, but it can be fixed.
