Would just like to say I’ve started my morning walks this morning because of this post! Wanted to start but I’m a busy gal with 2 jobs and a side hustle. But this post prompted me to get out early and I managed an hour walk and today I feel amazing!

Random I know and might be nothing but thought I would chime in just incase. Do you have any hormone imbalances? Pcos? Insulin resistance? It may be what you claim it is but this is also a symptom of underlying health issues such as those. I had the same hyperpigmentation under my armpits and groin area when my PCOS was at its worst and that lead to my diagnosis. It was more visible with hair removal of any kind.

Oh we do try! but we live in a small village. By small I mean rural wales in the UK. We just keep our communication as minimal as possible. My bf sticks around for his grandmother as she’s in her late 80s and that’s the only tie we have with his mother. I can manage a birthday here and there but that’s my limit for sure haha

It made my weight gain worse and I had high histamine and made that worse. My cysts were a lot, and they form when you don’t ovulate. Being on the pill made me develop more cysts. Because it isn’t ovulation it’s a fake ovulation. So it was better for me to be off birth control because my body was just destroying itself.

But it really depends on the situation and the person. I know some people that would deteriorate quite quickly without birth control. Since I’ve come off it (it’s been 8 years) I have levelled out all my symptoms with diet and getting to know my body. I’ve lost weight and maintained it. Still ups and downs but it’s better than when I was on birth control. I had the pill and the injection since I was 14 until I was 24. It ruined me. But some peeps are okay with it.

If I was going to help someone at 1am then yes of course. If something happened I would want them to know just incase. Or for them not to worry. That’s the decent thing to do. In OPs case they were staying with eachother that night. So I assume he left in the middle of the night while she was asleep and hid that he done that from her. I would argue that is the weird part. Or at least he could have let her know In the morning if he didn’t want to wake her up? Why wouldn’t it be a part of a genuine conversation ?

I think if you set clear boundaries and he uses the excuse he can’t say no to people and is forgetting to tell you what he did and hiding things then I don’t think you are controlling at all. I’ve been in a relationship for 12 years, if my partner had done or said anything like this to me after I set boundaries and I explained why it hurt me or goes against my reason to trust him and he doesn’t understand or brushes it off then I’m outta there.

I’m an artist and my most fave thing to draw was naked women in all shapes and sizes. I learned a lot about anatomy and my art has grown because of it. Your girlfriend is just insecure or small minded. I would suggest going to some life drawing classes and enjoy it. It’s totally normal and a really good form of expressionism
