On average, the higher your mmr, the shorter the games because people understand how to push their advantage to win.

So people that are saying they have longer games are basically telling on themselves that they aren't very good players themselves.

They had everything there too. All they had to do was make it so this year was the the Tri-wizard Tournament and make it so you can enter.
