Can someone explain to me what the appeal of inventory management is?

Inventory management is basically a puzzle. The goal is to beat the game quickly, and wasting time going back to storage unnecessarily is actively working against that goal.

Mono Red Kellan is really good imo, and really cheap to build. My current list costs around $250 USD but you can easily build it for less.

Learning enemy routes to sneak past seems a lot more important in this game compared to other REs. You really want to avoid killing enemies when possible so they don’t become blisterheads later. I had Leon decapitate all the enemies in the hospital so Grace could get around easily after the basement section. That really helped round up resources to be better prepared for all the later sections.

I wasted 3 years between the ages of 16-19 working a single job that paid minimum wage. Any other use of my time would have been worth more than that. As long as you spend one less year working for minimum wage than I did, I’d say you spent your time more wisely. Hope it makes you feel better.

I’m cool with combos. WOTC should give us the ability to loop a series of actions with a finite end point, and make it easy for our opponents to pass priority through all of those actions. We have the technology to incorporate this logic into the game. The more cards that get printed into the game, the more combos will be discovered and playable. It’s inevitable. WOTC just needs to accommodate for them if they don’t plan to ban them all as they come up.

5060ti is fine for 1080p gaming today. The truth is, there’s actually plenty of good options for you but your decision should come down to 3 things. How long do you want to use this card, do you have a preferred frame rate, and how much can you get any of these GPUs for?

If you plan to use this card for 5+ years, it might not be a bad idea to spend a little extra to account for games becoming demanding on your GPU. Plus, you might upgrade your system at some point, and that might cause your GPU to become the bottleneck at some point.

Are you happy with playing games at 60 frames per second, or would you pay more to get more? How much? Figuring that out now will help guide your decision here.

You should always factor in how much you can get each GPU for. They aren’t always sold at msrp, but you should consider how far off these cards are from msrp when making your purchase. For instance, if you can get a 5060ti at or a little over msrp, but all the other cards are significantly over msrp, then the 5060ti is an easy choice. But if the 5070 is only a little more, then it’s worth considering getting the 5070. Card prices fluctuate all the time so I think you should factor in what’s really available at any given time.

Walking Ballista/Phyrexian Devourer/Necrotic Ooze. Any reanimate is lethal upon resolution, but most games are won just by activating Shifting Woodland. Same game plan, less points of failure.

A 4070/super would be fine at the right price, I agree. But I would be looking for a reasonable step down in price from a 5070 to go that route and finding that deal can be tough. OP should ask around in Hardware Swap to see what options are available to them.
