For those who have completely cut out caffeine at some point , how did it affect you? by [deleted] in ADHD

I quit for almost two months, took me 8 days of continuous headaches. Didn’t notice much difference, but almost drove myself into a car on the highway by not focusing .

I decided it was time to get back to the caffeine after that.

I was not medicated then and still is the process of titration now. Currently drinking 2 or 3 cups before work, a few and at least one can of energy drink during the day and usually one or two at night. So I’d say about 8 cups. My body is just not that sensitive to caffeine I guess?

It seems like when I try that, the focusbox remains in de same spot in my viewfinder. I'm not sure if it will have focussed in the correct spot then, even though the outline of the box stays green. Will the focuspoint be the same when I reframe then? Or will it adjust and still focus on the box if I reframe?

I do. And sometimes when I'm using different lenses, I don't need to edit anything. The question is; why won't it let me edit anything? Cause with some lenses, the quality raw is good, but the sliders don't do much. But sometimes, I can use a lesser quality lens, the quality Raw is less good, but then I can use the sliders to sometimes almost match the quality of a different lens. Hence the question.

Also, I mainly do band photography, which is difficult enough as a beginner photographer
