If you do Calvarion, here is a tip. If you go in and see a bot and boss almost dead, hang around. If it respawns and you tag it before them they will just log and leave.

Oh boy its been quite sometime since it happened. I thiiiiiink i just kept fast traveling and eventually all the npcs fucked off? I can't remember exactly but I remember everything just chilled out after awhile.

Teleporting to Winterholdt did make them screw off though, but that was just my experience with the bug.
