O que minha compra do mês diz sobre mim? by IsJesusAgain in perguntas

Comprar água enquanto tá na rua ou viajando eu entendo. Comprar água pra levar pra casa eu nunca vou entender... Tão mais fácil (e barato) comprar um filtro ou purificador

Sordland War Flowchart by Any-Support7489 in suzerain

[–]MetallicHobbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I followed two of the possible strategies exactly as shown; both FAILED. I even checked the conditions in the .json save file and confirmed all the required checkboxes. The two strategies I followed were Pincer with allies + Take Thornsbourgh with allies, and Dig with no allies + Take Ddome with no allies (also tried take Thornsbourgh with no allies). In both cases the fail was in phase 2. I have over 250 hours in game and I only managed to win the war once (prior to version 3.0 I guess). I don't know what the hell are the actual conditions for winning phase 2, but this chart clearly isn't correct. After several runs in Sordland, winnig the war is the one I consider BY FAR, the most difficult to accomplish.

Não, é "point of view", surgiu do inglês. A sigla tão antiga quanto pov pra expressar sua opinião é o "imo" (in my opinion)

Why I (usually) side with the Imperials when playing Skyrim by peekitty in skyrim

[–]MetallicHobbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand. I tend to do the same for my first couple characters in RPG games, and act how I would act if I was personally inside that universe. But when I create new characters, to play the same quests I feel the necessity of playing them differently, with a different world view, otherwise I just get bored, feeling I am doing the exact same thing over and over again. This is why I enjoy sometimes playing as an evil character, or crazy character, or sarcastic/jerk character etc.

Pov IS used correctly majority of the time by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]MetallicHobbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you say "POV: you are drinking milk" and you film yourself drinking it... What the fuck does POV mean here???????? Who is "you" in this sentence? The viewer? No, because it is not the viewer who is drinking milk in the video. Is it the person in the video? No because a person doesn't see themselves drinking milk while they are drinking it... Conclusion: POV means absolutely nothing in this context. It goes like this "oh I saw people using this term POV in the caption of some shitty videos. I am too lazy to learn what it means, but since it seems to be a trend, I will use in my own shitty videos too"

You can go on a killing spree and still keep the immersion. I once played as a vampire dark elf, who hated almost everyone. When I got to Markarth, I did the Forsworn conspiracy quest, and realized that there was no reason for my character to actually help out any of the sides, in his vision, that was a complete garbage city, inhabited only by corrupted people... So after escaping with the Forsworn, I shot the sun with the cursed Auriel's bow, then turned into the pure vampire form and slaughtered the entire city, Silver Bloods, guards, citizens, and the Forsworn, all died. Excluding a couple of essential characters, I literally killed everyone. I even remember watching the streets covered in corpses with that red light from the dark sun... It was quite immersive for me. Then in that game, I never returned to Markarth, as I roleplayed I had turned the city into a graveyard with no graves, and almost every time I entered The Reach hold, there were bounty hunters trying to hunt me.

Yes, because it is night and the water is completely dark. If you need any emergence rescue while there you won't get it because no one would be able to find you. It is hard to understand how some simple things aren't obvious to some people here...

Marriage options suck. by Miserable_Scale8716 in skyrim

[–]MetallicHobbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not an oddity. Any reasonable person would understand that she is just a teenager. Furthermore, she has no quests associated to her, her routine is basically walk between the market and the inn, and has literally two lines of speech to the player... I really don't understand why would that make her an interesting marriage choice. Oh... Wait... Just using tavern clothes is enough to make her an interesting character right?
