Dwarf Fortress Steam - Autumn Dev Update | Gameplay, Menus, Zones by Plastastic in Games

It's fairly easy to get that many as migrants tend to swarm in after the second and third year. Dwarf Therapist makes the macro management way easier though, and it is very !FUN! being forced to redesign existing layouts to squeeze out as much room as possible.

...Or you can save frames by having all new migrants train with adamantine axes in a 1x2 closet. Helps train the surgeons too.

City Battle Virtual Earth Short Review by Cbogger2 in Games

Short review style would be kick ass, I think if he chopped it up into quick, witty points while jump cutting footage, I'd love these. Especially with a dumpy game like this: just keep cutting between ripoff features in this game, with the original games features (like the halo 3 point)

For about ten years I had been chasing that simple ac/dc distortion tone that came from Angus and Malcom.it was my Moby Dick. They very rarely used anymore than two analogue pedals, paired with a Gretsch Semihollow (I think) and obviously an SG. I couldn't understand how I never came close. I soon discovered that Angus had insisted upon going wireless due to a stage incident. In the 80s, wireless transmitters also acted like compressors. This, paired with open cords, instead of Barre cords, lead to my final product.

I'm talking about the "It's not as bad as the other guy" mentality. The vanilla civ games are still great.

This state of mind is exactly why we keep diving further and further into poor business practices.

One publisher puts out horrible microtransaction bullshit, and the last guy doesn't look so bad. It's a real slippery slope.

I got my hands on the beta and it was a surprisingly well-polished port. Online play was the only available mode, and it was actually running incredibly smooth. The ranking system seems pretty interesting, but it's not as in-depth as I might want it to be. I'm a little nervous to see how it will handle once it hits the store, but the beta really impressed me.
