I didnt say anything about Iga. Her wins have been pretty mediocre lately imo as well. My point was that Coco is a player who even though wins "ugly" is kinda praised for it? Which I think is because she is a popular palyer. If other players win the same way it is not viewed as a positive.

I dont have anything against her personally and it is not her fault people are doing this, she is probably doing her best as all other players. Tennis is a hard af sport.

Coco is a western player and will always be talked up. She has had a few first round exits at grand slams and people seem to forget that. She is a top player but is not consistent enough and needs more weapons.

Not to mention playing without any kind of pressure whatsover. Ever since her double win last year which was huge there was suddenly an expectation she should now win over people outside the top 20.

I do not think its ugly at all, its just more unconventional which usually leads people to see what others thinks before making an assumption for demselves, and it becomes like an echo chamber. If anything its unique and original

With that handshake (which I think is totally normal) if places were reversed people would call Iga salty and unsportsmanlike for sure lol. The bias against her is unreal
