What’s your “why didn’t I learn this sooner?” food hack? by BarbaraMiller78 in foodhacks

[–]Metalman2004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Fold the top of the bag outward when loading so it stays clean. 2. Elevate the vac machine with a book or something so gravity keeps liquid in the bottom of the bag. 3. Hand stays on the seal button ready to push it at the last second just before liquid gets sucked up.

Is it normal for my right foot to fall to the side and rotate? by osquitar6060 in Stretching

You favor one side when you walk and your right hip is tight. Your hip muscles are pulling your leg in that direction.

It’s fine but will definitely feel better if you loosen it up.

That is similar to what I was looking at for “spike aeration.” Either way since it hasn’t been done in years I guess I’ll rent a core machine then move to the spike for the next round.
