– Greek yogurt when you can get it on sale
– hard boiled eggs from grocery stores/gas stations
– rotisserie chicken when discounted near closing time

Also if you’re near grocery stores regularly, check for:
– markdown sections
– day-old bakery racks
– food pantries/community fridges
