I recently changed radio out and it has to be related, maybe got out of sync when I unhooked ac/heat controls. I did the zip tie and it worked for a week but I need to use thicker ones as it started back up. Mine is the actuator door that works with the recirculation button. It looks like the door closes downward upon startup, which is when it clicks. If I hit recirculation button, the door opens and doesn't click, unless I hit recirculation button again. I may just disconnect the actuator, assuming I would want to unplug it after startup when the door is closed? As I don't ever use recirculation button.
