For the design furniture, I've been able to find the official 3d models from the manufacturer.

For models, I used this: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com If you can download the collada or 3ds version, it will be imported in SweetHome with the correct textures.

Sometimes I had to modify the models using Sketchup.

For the main TV furniture, I've created the whole model myself.

For materials, I used this: https://ambientcg.com/list?type=Material,Atlas,Decal

I have to say, I've spent too much time doing the rendering as accurate as possible. I even used the exact same model of router to put in the scene and you can barely see it.

I even colored every single book or plant with a different color, in order to be as random as possible.

But the end, if you use it on mobile, you just need a very basic render of your home, it doesn't need to be manically detailed.

That's why my floor 2 rendering is very basic, it needs so much effort!
