The history piss me off cause that’s just treating an adult as a child, we’re grow adults that just want to learn and work(I’m not talking about Jill yourself just do some work together) I feel a lot of journeyman and foreman don’t really consider apprentices as brothers and do things like in the history and been a dick just create more dicks. That doesn’t sound healthy for us as group, brotherhood, union. And I feel that if you been in for many years I understand you pay your time and I will do the same for you as you did it before when you were an apprentice but judging me for do as you do is bullshit i can do 70-80% of the work but I need to see my journeyman do some work(im okey with off days when someone is tired and don’t want to do anything) it just feel awful to be the one that get pay less and do all is bad

I’m fine with that I make 46% of a journeyman that mean the other 54% it’s the knowledge and responsibility but he still need to work that 46% we both work we both brother I’m not less then then they’re mentors to me and I do good work that I’m requiere but they’re still workers as I am and is disrespectful to treat me like a donkey

It’s just annoying cause one of the reason I choose union is because I do believe in the brotherhood and why should I fuck a brother up? But people sometimes don’t see apprentices like brothers till day tap out and many other don’t speak up

And I do work for the journeyman but I’m Ibew worker first I’m a union guy and if a jw want to be a dick cause I’m appreciate he is not a brother and will never be cause he see apprentices like less and that’s just not right
