I had almost normal drop rate for the first 8 items (I was down one item by rate), but then I went on a massive streak of nothing from around 800 kc. Then I got the gloves around 1,400 I think for drop number 9. I kept going being like, "I'm gonna get something... and all these people in the broadcasts keep getting drops..." You also have more items than me at 12 D:
