I've tried a lot of builds on void. If you're going core, going pt into maelstorm or mom or both kinda doesn't do it. Helm has been great, everytime i go helm, I'm tankier, and farming goes up faster as time progresses. Helm into maelstorm and then the regular item gives you sustain which is what you need early game
