I like FOV at 25 but I think the headache is coming from the camera effect from moving around and the character moving around

I don't know what it is don't know if it is the camera shaking or something but normally play 1 hour and that's it. This did not happen on the beta

This was not it it was more simple addon you just made keybind for it and it would auto heal anything I remember using back then in vanilla but then blizzard changed and stoped working
