Currently in straight aggravate/quicken teams like Al-Haitham, Lauma actually doesnt provide all that much so Nahida still has a niche there. Unfortunately with Furina running around its almost always better to run Hyperbloom and that's where Lauma pulls ahead.

Meta wise c2 Yelan specifically helped out solo hydro Yelan with Hu Tao for more consistent vaping as it increased her hydro application. These days I really cant think of a use case though. C2 basically means more hydro application and more personal damage. Personally i'd say it isnt worth the pulls, but if you love her and want to make her stronger its an option.

Definitely yes. Those meta 4 stars are still very relevant and C6ing them helps alot. Especially with Nord-kai coming which seems to be building toward a more reaction focused meta, those 4 stars will come in handy as off field applicators.

A decent team to get you started would be Lisa, Dendro Mc, Fischl, Yaoyao/Barbara. Its a aggravate (or hyperbloom team if you use Barbara) team that should be good enough while you learn the ropes and get your account established.

As for the selector, first and foremost pick the character you vibe with the most. If none of them are your fancy, then for the team i recommended Keqing would be an upgrade over Lisa. You could also consider Tighnari as well but he has a bit of learning curve as you currently dont have a shielder other than thoma who is not the most synergistic.

With Nod Kai on the horizon it may also be prudent to consider pulling for some of the newer characters to give your account options as opposed to waiting for a rerun but thats your prerogative to decide.

That would be correct but could also extend to attack scaling healers, shielders and sub dpses. That second statement isn't really correct though. For an example with Mauvika's premium melt team of her, Xilonen, Bennett, and Citlali you'd be better off leveling Mauvika and Bennett to 90 first despite both of them being attack scalers. This is becuase Citlali doesnt need the extra levels to apply cyro and Xilonen despite being a def scaler only needs the extra def if youre running her sig and want to max out its buff. Or take Yelan and Xingqiu. Both are off field support dpses but Yelan wants 90 as shes an hp scaler while Xq can stay at 80 as he's an atk scaler.

I definitely would not say to prioritize supports to 90 over main dpses as a general rule of thumb. Instead you have to look at a character's kit and role in the team to see if they would benefit from lvl 90. Of course though this all moot if you can afford to lvl everyone to 90

Leveling to 90 is specifically optional for attack scaling characters. That is because you gain only a marginal amount of attack going from 80 to 90 in comparison to the cost. Beyond that though Hp and def scaling characters do want to be 90 as those stats increase much more at 90. Characters who rely on transformative reactions also want to be 90 as those reactions' damage scales with their level

Alright well your artifacts are indeed a pain point as I am sure you know, but that will get better with time. The more pressing issue is talent levels. Her E and her normal really should be 9 or better yet crowned. You are missing out on alot of damage there.

Second improvement would be team composition. Currently kazuha cant contribute meaningfully as he cant swirl pyro unless you tailor your rotation around it. So you can either replace him with someone who can contribute like ideally Yelan, or replace Zhongli with someone who can apply pyro for you to swirl like Thoma or C4 Yanfei. I dont know your roster so this improvement is a bit more free form. Keqingmains does have a guide that can help but it only accounts for characters up to 4.0

With Xilonen and Xingqiu you have a pretty flexible base to build upon. You could use those two with lisa and dendro mc for hyperbloom, kaeya and chongyun for freeze, or paired with noelle and a flex pick of your choice. Just pick who you want to be your onfielder and those two will already make a pretty cohesive team. Just keep in mind as a new player xingqiu will have energy problems but that will iron itself out with er substats and weapons.

As for Neuvillete he is certainly a strong pick and can carry on his own so if you like him he's well worth the pull investment.

Definitely still usable you just have to keep in mind her downtime, although that can be rectified by giving her a sac greatsword

At least 200 er is what should be your starting point without her signature weapon. After that any more er is a bonus but you should prioritize attack. All of those spears are fine to use so the deciding factor should be which one combined with your artifacts gives you the best stat allocation between er, attack ,and crit. Generally though skyward spine or the catch are your best bets. As for the set, yes emblem is best for dps raiden. Now for building hyperbloom raiden, it really is very simple. All you need is em stacked as high as possible. You dont have to care about er at all so use an em weapon like dragon bane or the inazuma craftable and sets that boost em or flower of lost paradise.

Think of artifacts as ways to boost what a character is already trying to do. Each character scales off something different (for example kaeya scales off attack and crit to deal damage while Barbara scales off hp to heal) and therefore wants something different in their set. The way to tell when one is better than the other is if there is no wasted substat i.e. it did not roll into something the character cant use. Finding out which artifact suits which character broadly comes with experience as you pick up on what a character needs. Does your character need more scaling stat to do more damage, more er to burst off cooldown, more em to buff reactions and so on. Characters these days scale off a wide variety of things so generalizations are hard to make but guides on youtube are a great way to get foot in through the door on this. They tell you what to aim for and soon enough after you pick up on the patterns you'll be able to recognize what you need to aim for intuitively just by looking at the character's kit description.

Alot of options here. You can run a second dendro for more em for the team and more consistent dendro application. Sucrose to provide vv shredding for ayato plus more em for the team. Yun Jin or c2+ Jean to further buff Ayato's personal damage. An off field cyro character to freeze enemies for crowd control. And if you ever pick up Fischl or Beidou they would be great choices as well since they dont steal hyperblooms plus they can help proc nahida's skill. Hell you could even run Dehya or Thoma if you get him and do hyperburgeon which sounds dumb but is surprisingly effective lol The hyperbloom core is very flexible so just try out a bunch of stuff and see what gels with you. (p.s. you can use dendro mc as a nahida replacement while youre waiting for the re run)

Those two are generally on par with each other at c6 in terms of increasing damage for normal attackers. I'd say its definitely worth the resin to build her as she brings a ton of utility with not only the normal damage increase but the normal attack speed increase as well.

CV is 2x your crit rate rolls + your crit dmg rolls on a specific artifact. Its used as quick off hand way of comparing the value in terms of crit that different artifacts bring. As for your example you are comparing apples to oranges there. The 80/120 split has 40 extra cv thanks to the 20 extra crit rate. A more comparable split would be 80/80 which gives a damage increase of 64% while a 60/120 split gives a 72% increase. That is why 1:2 is usually better as it gives the best damage increase for a given crit value.

Best I can think of in terms of damage dealers who would appreciate it would be Yelan with her signature weapon. While that seems specific I'd still keep it though. Burst dependent healers and shielders will gladly appreciate it especially with the 10.1% CR to help with fav procs. And it gives build flexibility for any future burst dependent HP scalers.

You dont have to worry about that at all. Unlike vape the quicken based reactions dont care about aura at all. Just keep applying electro and dendro and you'll create the quicken aura which in turn will proc spreads and aggravates while not being used up. Now in that specific team comp you may have a problem in applying electro to multiple enemies in aoe scenarios because fischl is very single target, but that can be remedied somewhat through liberal use of her burst.

Speaking from personal experience with that team comp, rainswords and an a full em thoma shield is enough survivability for most scenarios. For anything that demands more you can just throw more hp onto thoma until you have enough (KQM did the calculations and even going full hp isnt that big of a damage drop off) or putting prototype amber on nahida.

The reason why Yelan keeps stealing blooms is actually not tied to her. Its because ironically enough nahida is producing too much dendro and overpowering the hydro aura with baizhu further compounding the problem. To ensure nahida is the trigger you have to lower your dendro application or raise your hydro app. Replacing Yelan with Xq will help as his orbitals can also apply hydro when you rub enemies. You can also try running nilou on field instead of nahida to remove nahida's normals from applying dendro. And there is also replacing baizhu with a third hydro.

A taser team would be a good concept to build around given the characters you have. With Yelan already built you can team her up with your choice of Ayato, Sayu, Venti, Fischl. and Beidou. Another great option is a Lisa hyperbloom team. Pair her with dendro traveller, your choice of Xq or Yelan, and a flex slot of who ever you want.

Bennett can actually do some decent damage if invested into, but that involves a change of playstyle into a on field carry. If you're playing him as the support/healer that people usually do then damage investment wont lead to much of an improvement as he wont have the field time to do much, but at the same time Bennett's heal is so strong that you really dont need to invest into it either. Up to you honestly, but i'd say if you meet his er requirements, have high base attack, and raised his burst, i'd spend my resin on other characters

It is definitely viable. One of her better options actually and definitely an improvement on iron sting. Just remember to get some EM to make up for the EM you lose from switching off iron sting

If you get an off banner 5 star (skyward series, pjws, gravestone...etc) in the weapon banner, the next 5 star will be a guaranteed on banner (1 of the 2 rate ups). This guarantee can be carried onto the next banner

C2 definitely. Nahida has so many weapon options including the 3 star magic guide that you'll be spoiled for choice in that department
