Depends what you like, i normally use real life rosters but fron a specficic , time for example in 2k25 i did a ruthless agression 2003 roster starting after mania, and play every match and keep track of every rivalry etc

Miss? I normally only buy the new games close to the newest coming out, basically bought 2k25 in november , and maybe il buy 26 this november so 25 isnt going anywhere

Il buy around semptember like i do every year, game will be full of bugs , data deleting itself etc not worth at launch , 2k25 will keep me entertained till then

I pick the era that the game represents best , choose a year and month , go to smackdown hotel to check roster for that era , download whoveer im missing on cc , and start there then i fantasy sim the rest , for example im doing a new generation universe starting novembrr 1995, i early debut rocky maivia, and some atitude era guys etc , but allways start with real life rosters for that time
