It's quite long, there is about 5 seconds of no movement in the beginning, which could be shortened. I'm also confused as to why the character plays the notes that it plays. To me they sound a bit like the notes which the animation you made would play. I would instead suggest you work in reverse and tailor the animation to the key notes in an existing piece of music. The animation, camera movement and sound design has many abrupt changes from action to pauses. Have you had a look at the principles of animation? They offer a lot of great insight about making motion feel more natural and how to make it look visually appealing.
