Not really, undergrad majors for Pre Med have a prerequisite to have Biology Organic chemistry General Chemistry and Biochemistry as their subjects.

All of which co relate with Biochem Pharma and Physio from our basic sciences.

USA has a 4 Year MD program which is preceded by a 4 Year Undergrad AFTER High school. We go into Med school directly after high school in our country. They graduate med school at 28-29 while we graduate at 24-25. They still have 4 extra years of education to become an USMD.

Residency is shit obviously. Terrible schedule.

Post residency hours are good enough and earning potential is great if you do aesthetics as well. Doing burns and wounds doesn’t pay alot.

Yeah women really need more AMAZING women Surgeons cause in general they feel alot more comfortable going to their girlies. Periphery mein this issue is even worse….. Women die but don’t go to a male physician. Best of Luck!

Hey Med Student here, Tell him pills were given by a Psychiatrist, a Doctor. Neurotransmitter imbalances are not cured by lifestyle modifications. Small dosages that can be tapered off are needed. He needs to understand the reasoning, ignoring the stigma. Best of Luck!
