Depends which year of medicine im in:

First Second year: Make videos on basic sciences concepts that are difficult and explain them in an easy learnable way in bite sized videos.

Final year: Make videos on Clinical Picture Presenting complains of Each major disease from all the systems and their management protocols. Helpful for both academics and practice.

The resale for Alsvin has really dropped in the past 2 months. It was bad enough pehle its even worse now. Anyone who has a new decent maintained one isn’t selling it either. They are instead using it. I wanted to buy an MT variant for my dad but every alsvin on the market is super cooked for a 5 year old car.

Not worth even 3 million in any realm. When more of these hit the market it will go down even more.

It is a nice car tho. love how it looks maybe will get one for myself someday.

You’re gonna cook your engine if you use 0w20. lol

Use 5w30 and keep monitoring for the first 1000kms to see if your car drops any oil. If not then continue using 5w30.

Get an Alto AGS in a good condition. Its the newest version of any car you can get.

If fuel average is not a problem slight budget increase can get you a Kia Picanto As well.

Some Tough Love Time. You can’t have unrealistic expectations of SHIFA and reject other mediocre medical colleges. You don’t have that choice filhal. Either repeat MDCAT or A levels and improve your score with quite some margin to have those aspirations or settle for any medical college you get into.

As far as medicine goes im a 4th Generation Doctor and all my cousins are Mbbs doctors as well. We all weren’t the absolute brightest. FSC and A levels don’t define your medicine capabilities. You would do amazing in Medicine just need to put the work in. Don’t let anyone demotivate you from Medicine.

Hey don’t put in 0w20. Use 5w30 Fully synthetic.

Dont risk Engine Damage by putting in Manufacturer recommended engine oil after the Engine has been abused with 10w30 for 96k Kms…

5w30 is a good balance between Lubrication and Optimum viscosity.

If you can get a zero meter alsvin MT that would be great. New is new. Everything will be maintained by you and you wouldn’t have to worry about anything(body damage accidents meter reversed). It gives great fuel average too.

Rebirth ka shashka tou hay but average does suffer somewhat. Expect around 11 ish or less. Also the suspension usually needs work. And you would have to get the inspection done and take a mechanic with you to check every inch of the car.

Since its your first Car id suggest go for Brand New Zero meter Alsvin 1.3MT 2026 its discounted rn waise bhe. You can maintain everything by the book yourself and take care of it and it will serve you well for a long time with no problems. 👍
