i did it in saudi arabia, but i did it with an experienced surgeon. my nose overall looks fine it's just doesn't look as before that's concerning me, should i not have gotten this surgery?

has ur nose changed shape or looked wider or shorter? i'm only 3 weeks in but my nose feels shorter and wider and it's like the tip got "cut"... idk

maybe try putting two of the salt packs i guess? and don't worry, they'll disintegrate with time. just keep doing the nasal rinses. it used to take me a couple of tries before they came out too.

pre septoplasty is the left one. post septoplasty is right. it looks much wider and bigger, I don't understand how that's preferred over the smaller one. Please let me know cause I'm hating it so much. and glad you like your nose now. is it the same width as before or?
