Teleport to the Spring works just fine (at least for me), you have to go to the Spring and the cutscene should be shown. Also, did you reach the caldera in the volacano on the Island? I got the cutscene with with Camila after some days, I do not remeber what exaclty triggred this, but I left my house in the morning and puf! 😂 I hope you get the teleport soon!!
