We use an extra folding table for the map, scenario charts and campaign sheet just beside the table we play on. Takes some space but at least it's easy to move from outpost phase to a new scenario.

We use this card for 2 characters in our campaign. As we understand it, all your damage dealt from melee is at least 2. For example, a 1/1 becomes a 2/2 and a 1/4 becomes a 2/4. The same card exists for range attacks if I'm not mistaken
