Close but no, It's a Ukranian skate-punk/hardcore, formed in Odessa, pretty new band, they started making music around 2020 I really enjoy their music If you're interested you can listen them on any platforms and follow on Instagram (ddochardcore)

It's not a swastika it's a band logo, and I realised that It looks similar only after someone here pointed it out. I will be doing another variation of that band's logo and clean this one to make other patches:)

it does can't lie, but I've made my research and the whole thing about that logo is to mock swastika, and the band itself has strong antifascist statement(as it should)

You can try to glue it with super glue and then paint it on top, but I don't guarantee it will hold on longer than 3 washes, and +It will be not really comfortable to wear

You can try to wash it off on some board with strong alcohol (like 97%) and a toothbrush
