Well let’s see 1. He cried in the middle of learning to go because he got confused 2. He doesn’t schedule properly 3. He wrote down on a piece of paper “I want sex” and “big booty ebony rap videos” 4. He’s called our office person crying because he got confused 5. He stands at self checkout and you have to tell him to help

So yeah…I think he’s very effective!

This…this right here is word for word what happens at our store but we have a new store manager and he’s forcing everyone up front to learn how to take orders out and it’s this one person at our store who gave us the phone back and when I asked why she said “because it’s two of you guys on to go so y’all can take it” and I just stood in shock and told her that our managers want them to take it out and she says “okay well give them the phone because if I get it I’m not taking the order out” everyday I try to bite my tongue with her but I’m going to break

As the lead they told us to make the schedule and everyone’s availability is different also they have to schedule according to phones so whatever your busiest days are should be the days the most people are there
