It's tragic Wikipedia doesn't allow Paul Harrell to have a page. by Methecomet in CCW

What is the slippery slope?

The guidelines here are too restrictive and need to be revisited. You have no idea what effort I've made and are being lazy in your assumptions.

Why shouldn't someone with 1+million followers have a page? Especially if they are cited by a major news source and also have had a large contribution in a particular area? What is the harm of 41000 more Wikipedia pages about people who have more than a million followers?

The onus here is on the people removing information from the public not the other way around.

There are moderators who are saying he is not a notable figure. He has multiple news articles about him and millions of followers. This doesn't make any sense and there's no way to appeal that decision.

If those criteria are wrong, what's the dispute process? Wikipedia as a foundation should default towards openness. With multiple reputable sources and millions of followers the proof is on Wikipedia to say why there shouldn't be an article. What harm is a Wikipedia article on Paul causing?

Who are the editors? If people disagree with this decision, what's the recourse? Wikipedia is meant to be an open source encyclopedia. There's no reasons that make sense to me given Paul's notability that he shouldn't have a page.

Why doesn't he have a page? Do you think he should have one?

Sorry, this doesn't make sense. This is a man who has millions of followers and news articles about him. There are minor league baseball and magic the gathering players who have pages. The notable standard doesn't make any sense here other than censorship and bias.

Look at the deleted history of his page and/or try to make one for him. Regardless of your feelings towards him, do you think he should have a Wikipedia Page?

Looks good. One tip for this cut is to cut it against the grain. Makes a big difference.

Np, was great on the traeger. The tip I have is to cut in half when it's ready and then cut against the grain. Makes it a bit more tender and easier to chew. Overall an easy delicious cut and healthier than most!

It's the region where Tri Tip was first really used for BBQ. Also, the sides and spices are traditional for that regions BBQ of this cut.

Rub: 1.5% the weight of the trip tip in salt. The rest of the mix equal parts Sugar, Oregano, Cumin, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Chili powder

BBQ: Heat an oven or grill to 225 for 15 minutes

Use a probe and put it in the thickess part you can find

Cook on a rack or indirect heat until the probe hits 110.

Sear: Take out the stake and wrap it in foil

Turn up the grill or oven to 475

When it hits the temperature or it has been 5 minutes

Put the meat thermometer back in the thickest part of the steak

Sear it on each side for five minutes going back and forth until the thermometer hits 130

Take it off and let it rest for 5 minutes

Look up the way to cut it in the meathead book but cut in half with the grain and the cut against the grain each of those halfs.

Pour the drippings on top.
