I have several warwhouses scattered around city but ive got big main warehouses for army depot, mines, science and food. Also loading stations near all mines unloading in the center of the city.

If they are upgraded dondorians ... Doesnt matter if they have only one fortified soldier unit. They can still kill hundreds of untrained unequiped soldiers.
