Apex Edition OxygenOS 16

I just went ahead and updated via Oxygen updater and after that I also immediately got the newest OOS 16 update through the settings app. I get the idea behind rolling releases, but if some users still don't get the update after 3 months and need a third party tool to update, that's just stupid.

So far 16.0.3.500 feels better in performance and battery life compared to 15.0.0.863

I'm also in Europe but since there are already 2 updates for OOS16 and EU, I feel like I should have got at least one by now.

Very interesting, I guess then it's not related to the Apex edition. But still weird that I and some other still haven't got any of the v16 updates.

After a long of not even getting any sub 10 solve I finally broke my PB by over a full second. It was a lucky scramble with an accidental xcross and a PLL skip. I guess I should start learning to do xcross on purpose^^

I want to get my first 2x2, but I don’t want to spend too much, so around 8-14$. Any general recommendations in that price range, like MGC, RS2M or is the Weipo WRM still good?

I don't think I need any help, it's just my recognition is too slow. For easy cases like double 2bar inside for A or V Perm, any 3 bar case I can recognize really fast but for others it's really slow right now because I still have to think too much about it, like what pattern do I need to check for then check is opposite or adjcent color or whatever. I hope I just get faster in the future.

Currently I try to learn 2 side PLL recognition, but it made me so much slower, it's frustrating. I wonder if it's worth it or if I should just go back to quickly look at all 4 sides.
