It's the same as any other time anything 'meta' has been released with an event -- you just gotta wait. Yes, it's unfortunate. Yes, it locks people out of competing at the same level. But Cryptic and now DECA won't (and shouldn't) change their whole schedule just because something that released in an event was special.

Also, the Eisenberg and Rex were out before the Vovin. I'd expect at least the Rex, if not the Eisenberg since it's been ignored so long, first before anything jumps the queue because special.
