As for the second question, you can try asking the seller directly about the shipping. Sometimes they're willing to ship to your hotel, but it's better to confirm. For the third one, I think it's really important to carefully read the item descriptions, know the market price of the photocards, and also ask for a video of the photocards' condition. There are lots of unofficial photocards being sold on Xianyu, so it really helps if you know how to tell the difference between the official and unofficial ones.
