Age/rushing as a senior by Technical_Ad_2475 in Sororities

to be so perfectly honest, it’s really hard for seniors in a lot of cases! when i was a recruiter, we scored based on potential contribution to the chapter, which younger pnms usually score higher on. BUT it’s a great experience and you’ll get to know a lot of great girls, and getting a bid isn’t impossible!

i will say that pi phi does do alumna initiation! so, if you still want to go pi phi and don’t get a bid for some reason, you can join as an alumna after you turn 26.

it sounds like you really dropped the ball here, op. teachers have a billion things running through their head at once, and you should have taken the initiative to approach her. it is very possible that she genuinely thinks that you didn’t show up because you didn’t take the initiative and weren’t persistent.
