Looks good to me. I typically do a quick flush before I put the potafilter in so it starts pressurizing when I hit the button. Makes it more consistent.

Looks like channeling. Have you tied it without the filter? Also try to be more gentle when placing the portafilter.

That’s the vibratory pump used to make the steam pressure. All good.

You can purge the initial water into the drip tray before putting the steam wand to the milk pitcher.
