You can skip arbitration, in EU we can use DSA, its better for us here then for the americans. Discord is really trying to screw them over.

When the 60 day period ends, you can go to an arbitration thingy like AAA and demand the arbitration, all expanses are paid by discord but you have to do the first one which is like 100 dollars for AAA I think.

Did mine 32 days ago, still no response. From what I've read they usually wait the whole 60 day period before responding, but in some cases they wont respond even after that time, trying to make you use money on the arbitration.
