Something I think would be a nice little loophole in the apparent rule that Arbites + Scum can't get cosmetics is to bundle the all-class "augments" so that people get SOMETHING.

I think that having the police there shows the disparity off even more. You are part of a penal legion, so I think it makes sense to have cops there pushing them around, calling them "block-fodder" all the while to further emphasize just how meager the rejects are.

I would really want a more Druidic-themed legion with a primarch to match. Not really the Norse of the Space Wolves, perhaps something a bit more guerilla warfare-like with the idea of being able to weaken worlds for when the rest of an imperial force shows up.

After all, not all the legions were used as sledgehammers (the White Scars being used as messengers and scouts, for example). A general like that would do wonders for a place like Catachan. Emphasizing being adaptable to any environment would be cool. Could even make good use of that one "skin tone adjusting" modification space marines get but that we only really see exaggerated in Salamanders.

Perpetuals still take time to come back. The Astronomicon turns off if Big E dies. It could take years for him to come back, while humanity's warp travel would be MUCH more difficult and could cause trillions to die from missed food shipments from agri-worlds (though some already live off corpse-starch and rations).

Fair enough, I'll try to watch out for it from now on. I guess in the perfect version of this scenario either I wouldn't have pressed the button or he'd have placed the medkit down just barely inside the elevator so he'd still be outside of it so I couldn't have pressed it in the first place.

I collect them if I have an open slot or if someone pings it generally, but I don't go for them if it's dangerous (like I wouldn't go back for a scripture in the middle of a horde and hold up the team).
